Thank you for considering the Nauset Beach Inn for your next function! Some of the common questions’ customer ask are listed below. We hope this helps you in your planning.
When can I book a function?
In the season functions on the spectacular Seaview lawn can be booked from the last week in June through Columbus Day. Off season we have the sunrise cottage for smaller meetings and functions. A wonder place for a Christmas party.
Can I rent all the rooms for our party?
Yes, if they are not already reserved by other guests. Check with our staff for availability.
Are we required to rent rooms?
Not at all, we just want your day to be special.
How many rooms do you have?
We have twelve hotel rooms that sleep either three or four people and the Sunrise Cottage which sleeps six in two bedrooms. The rooms are billed out at double occupancy with a nominal charge for extra adults or children. Pricing for rooms is listed on our website and vary with season.
What time can the Party go to?
The music must end at Sunset if you have not booked all the rooms. The function must end by 9pm. If you have booked all the rooms in the Hotel the music must stop at 9pm and the function can go to 10pm.
Do you supply power for Under Cover Tent and Whites Catering to use?
Yes, we do.
Do you supply outdoor bathrooms?
If you need additional bathrooms Whites Catering will help you. If you party has not rented the rooms and exceeds the number of guests, we can accommodate (forty-six persons) in the rooms you must hire mobile bathrooms trailers. There are excellent options available.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, but parties in the winter are limited to using the cottage as a meeting place or small reception venue. It is a special spot for a Christmas party.
Is there a minimum number of nights for the rooms?
Yes, for functions on a Saturday we have a two-night minimum as most groups book the whole hotel.
Is Breakfast included with the rooms?
We have Continental Breakfast in Season that is included.
When do I have to pay for function?
We take a $1000. deposit at booking that is non-refundable. In February we collect 50% of the remaining amount and in May the other 50% of the balance. The refundable portion is refundable until sixty days before wedding. Most parties are booked long in advance of the actual event.
When do we have to pay for rooms?
Rooms are reserve at time of the of the booking. In February we take a 50% deposit on rooms. The balance is due when the guest checks in. The room deposit is refundable until 20 days before the event. There is a $35. cancelation charge.
What is the site fee?
The site fee is situational depending on number of people, day of the week. We can tell you the sites fees range from $1000-$8000 dollars. The cost of Tenting and Catering are not included in the site fee. Please consult our partners Undercover Tent and Whites Catering.
Your website says you have exclusive agreements with Whites Catering, Undercover Tent, Kay Studio, and Chris Cook Photography. Are we required to use these companies?
These companies know the site well and are equipped to handle the needs perfectly. They are the exclusive vendors for this venue.
